Nayak Censor Cuts and Deleted Dialogues

We all know that ‘Naayak’ got 'A' certificate by Censor Board. Nayak has received only few cuts and suggestions from Censor Board related to Social Issues and some abuse language. As of  Tollywood sources censor board also implied that the film has to be undergo more than 20 cuts if U/A has to be given. Hence the producers accepted only 'A' certificate with minimum cuts.
 

Nayak Censor Deleted Dialogues:

Posani's dialogue "Assembly lo opposition vaallu boothulu thidathaaru, mike lu levaa..thisi kottu, ballalu levaa..viraga kottu, chokkaalu levaa..chinchi kottu. rajakeeyaalaki koththa raktham kaadu body builders kaavali, muscles kaavaali" is deleted.

The words 'yevvaram', 'middy oddi', 'thadi podi', 'lip stick', 'ND Tiwari', 'AP Governor', 'Abdul Kalam', 'Sarvepalli Radhakrishna' 'Deenamma' were deleted from the songs.
 
The objections raised by Telangana Girijan Vidyarthi Sangham on title of the movie were placed before the committee. The committee felt that there is no derogatory reference to the name Naayak or caste (tribes), both visually and in the audio part of the film, hence the title is cleared by the Committee.
 
The censor board asked to display the category 'A' prominently on all publicity materials including posters, electronic and print media.
 
Nayak is all set for release on 9th January 2013. DVV Danayya is the Producer, VV Vinayak directed it and the estimated duration of the film is 155 minutes.
