Court Summons for Meera Jasmine ….

Kerala kutti Meera Jasmine was issued summons from Kozhikode  Chief Judicial Magistrate Court (CJ), Kerala. Case filed by a Malayalam Film Director and producer K.A.Devarajan. He was stated in his complaint that "Meera Jasmine had taken an advance of Rs.5 Lakhs to act in the film 'Swapnamalika', but failed to act in the film as per prior commitment.

Meera Jasmine approached the Kerala High Court and pleaded that she should be granted exemption from making a personal appearance in the court on the summons issued by Court, but the High Court rejected her appeal and asked her to appear before the court on or before August 8.

Meera Jasmine version on this case was "After Signing the contract, the director and producer of the film have changed the movie story line from the story narrated me while signing the contract. The story which they have made changes is not good to my characterization, so I am not ready to act in the film because the new story line will damage my career".

For the Judgment on this case, we have to wait for August 8th.
